Description
Well, of course its a mood, & I guess that means "let's fall in love" whether you're a butterfly, a flower, or a swain who looks into a woman's eyes for the first time and sees children there. Stardust wants to see itself for what it really is, which is desire, and thats a vague thing painted with broad strokes and the edge of a knife. Its fun to try to capture it, but it can't be done. Not by me anyway.Related content

Lovely photograph!
I really like how close up you are to the butterfly - they are such delicate creatures. THe bokeh-like background is also great - the colors are complementary and beautiful. What I see though, is that t the butterfly is a bit blurry right at where the beginningof the wings are, probably due to the lighting and the lavender in the back also seems off . The lavender in the back looks a bit more like oil painting compare to the lavender in the front.
But otherwise, I like how you captured the picture with a colorful bokeh background. Great job!

I love this shot and the title. Butterflies are such alluring subjects. We are expecting snow now so this makes me long for summer.

Yah, I've been watching the weather. That's exactly why I worked on this file. To warm you up a bit.

I love the lighting and soft colors, and this is a very strong photograph, however, I would prefer the image without the effect so the image would be sharper, but that is just personal preference. Great shot!

I hear you loud and clear, Paige. What happens to me is that I will live with the original for as long as I can stand looking at it, and then I say, "OK, what am I really seeing here?" My hunch is that reasonable people want to see things clearly, and weirdos like me want to scatter things a bit. I don't think you're wrong. Thanks for the comment!
