I was trying to get the spirit of New Mexico in this capture of the bird. The choice of tone reflects my age, I guess, because I see life like an old movie at the best of times. It is the cliff edge contrasted to the curving shoulder of the bird that turns me on, for his feathers grace the ancient rock much better than could I.Related content
