Name: Grimsmile
Species: Mutated feline
Gender: Female

Defining Physical Features:
- Purple ribbon bow around her neck
- Clown-like facial markings
- Black/ dark grey and light purple fur
- Dark eye bags
- She rarely mutates, only when over excited or threatened. When she does, she mainly grows extra mouths bearing jagged teeth on random parts of her body, usually on her arms and torso. Although, she is capable of gaining an elongated jaw or holes on her skin. After a mutation episode is over, she returns to her normal appearance.

Backstory:

Grim, like most of her friends, was deemed not good enough to fight in World War Six due to her asthma and learning disability. She adorns child-like tenancies including a lack of understanding of most dire situations and hyper active behavior. All of this was a result of the genetic experiments performed on her and thus, was sent to die in the infamous "No-Man's Land".
It was in this wasteland that she met Masquerade, another mutated feline much like her, except they displayed mime-like coat patterns and an inability to speak, but Grimsmile didn't mind doing all the talking for them. The two survived together, avoiding rabid and grotesque monsters until they were founded upon by an unusual looking mutant. Steamtrain was another failed experiment, but more specifically, he was one of the very first performed. Resulting in his freakishly tall appearance and weak bones. He saw Grimsmile and Masquerade as mini soldiers, servants even, that he could manipulate to do his bidding. Acting as the "Ringmaster", fitting due to the smaller mutant's striking resemblances to a mime and clown.
He took them in, promising protection, as long as they did what he said. Having no other choice, Grim and Masquerade agreed. As time dragged on, more and more failed experiments, including Silvergear and Phantom, joined the trio in their fight for survival in such a cruel and unforgiving land. Taking shelter in a once abandoned mansion located in the middle of No-Man's Land, claiming it as their own.
Grimsmile continues to live with Steamtrain and the others in their newly found home, the ringmaster turning out to be a lot more compassionate than she had first anticipated, and she sees the world in a lot more positive light now. Her and Masquerade are still very close, seemingly almost like twins, despite their very different physical traits.

Grimsmile is a huge optimist, making it her personal goal to brighten every one of her friend's day, ironically fitting her clown-like image. She works in the nearby circus theme park, run by Streamtrain himself, performing all sorts of tricks to a crowd of diverse mutants. Portraying a mask of harmless fun, burying her morbid past behind her.
She enjoys various different hobbies that a child would, including exploring, craft, and reading, even if she has a fairly short attention span.
