I redesigned my tol angrie witchcraft dadImma make an official ref sheet for him soon, I made him more skeletal looking and gave him another hat (a train conductor hat) which he wears while operating his steam powered train. He still got his top hat which he wears most of the time
also one of his mutations is he can change how his eyes look, but they mostly always consist of the same 3 colour shadesΒ
