Just a static character painting of one of the villains from a story I'm working on. The dress is still a bit sketchy, but it was more for practice than anything else. Done in Painter and Photoshop.Related content

So, how old is Ms. Weaver supposed to be ? I mean, I know she's supposed to be like, over 80 years old, but personality-wise, how old is she ?

I love the pale, greyish colors and those deep, sleep-lacking eyes; and you can't forget those lovely stitched on boobs! XD

Neat. Seeing her rendered into a more "realistic" style (the way it's colored) definitely shows just how intimidating Ms. Weaver is. I wouldn't want to be around her when she's in a bad(er) mood... O__O More props to Lucy being able to handle it somewhat when she's especially irritated (only recently read the first book so far)! But, yeah, even though it's old-ish, this is still a wonderful portrait, and I can't wait to read the rest of Hollow Fields.

Ohh your gallery is very colorful and detailed, but this piece stands out even though it's not as colorful or detailed as some of your others. I think the design of this character is superb, especially the face and hair. good job

very cool outfit, the style is very mech almost in parts but it forms well, being a villain the style does suit well, sort of reminds me of 3x3 eyes with the face, but thats not a bad thing i spose lol

I have a few coloured pieces I have to finish... so yes I will! I'm hoping they'll look slightly better though, since Weaver Portrait is one of my oldest pieces! I hope I'm improving my colouring skills!

pretty cool. You color incredibly well. I would love to see more of your colored work, the lighting and textures and very nicely done.
I think you got a good eye for character design, what i like most here are her sleeves and the little touch of orange on her collar.
im guessing you are not just some other kid on deviantart, but more like a very talented artist with many skills. Admirable!
