Surprise! After working tirelessly for waaay too long on Amber Night , I decided I would try out the program ChainChomp2 suggested: Inkscape. I am definitely satisfied with it thus far. It cut the time down by about 10 hours and makes vectoring a lot more easy. Not to mention it's much more fun to use than Photoshop's vector tool.

I made this vector using a screenshot from the season 3 Episode "Magic Duel". His canon name is "Royal Riff".

EDIT: I added roundness to his ears, took out the eye glints (since he's a stallion), removed a tiny error from his lower neck, and made a slight tweak to the outline of his eye.
