It has been mentioned for the longest time and now it has finally arrived. I have the pleasure to present to you all the work of a more than a year. No doubt one of my most testing works as it is 36cms by 41cms and features 39 different colours. I hope that all my watchers feel the wait was worth it as Cross Stitch is not a quick art form as it would like telling a photographer to put together one of their pieces, pixel by pixel. Cross Stitch will always be a labour of love and I live in the hope that more younger people take up this art form rather than feeling it is something that only the elderly ladies perform.I found it quite difficult to name this piece as there is a certain serenity about it many names were considered but I hope this one will suit. Anyhow enjoy.

Beautiful! I love big cats and even have worked with them for a few years and therefore people give me a lot of cat stuff. I never get tired of stuff like what you've made. Keep up the awesome work!

Wow, that is really amazing. I cross stitch and I don't think I am ready to take on a pattern that detailed. Maybe one day soon. It looks great though

Believe me it doesn't take long. You start with bookmarks and when you start to chew through those, you just keep building up to bigger pieces in no time.

im still doing one called wintery wolves, its hard, and yeah its a common thing to think that only older people do it,my older sisters started it and mom wanted to throw it away cause they would never finish it so i nabbed it, after a month i didnt get much done and i havent been in the mood so i havent worked on it much. But i started working on it....... sophomore year of high school, but this one of your looks really nice, i like this one and the lynx one

Awww, how pretty. I used to cross-stitch, but that was if a had a pattern, and I lost all my stuff to do even those. If I knew how to do stuff without using a pattern that someone else made then I'd be inspired to do it again. Anyways, lovely work.

Thank you for your kind words. Perhaps you would look into the various cross stitch software that is available. I hope to look into making my own patterns when I am not flat out doing stuff for everyone.

The larger pieces often take me over a year and thus it isn't viable to sell them. All of my pieces are generally spoken for by friends years in advance.

You'll be there in no time. The thing about Cross Stitch is just developing your stead fast aspect. Sometimes it isn't easy as we are so used to instant coffee, microwave society that we exist in.
