I'm super-pleased that it made your day! Hours later, I've come up with a coherent context behind the picture:

"I can only come up with interesting things to say well after I submit something. I think what's really funny about Mello and Near is how cool and collected them seem to be most of the time but when they're around each other that suddenly goes out the window and they seem to get sorta stupid around each other (Near less so- he has very good self-control it seems - but I imagine Mello would not have a difficult time throwing him off). xD

So Mello is acting rather childish here and Near is displaying actual flustered-ness. Hahaha

I must say though, Stephen looks so incredibly handsome here. What is going on through his mind...? xD "
