I can only come up with interesting things to say well after I submit something. I think what's really funny about Mello and Near is how cool and collected them seem to be most of the time but when they're around each other that suddenly goes out the window and they seem to get sorta stupid around each other (Near less so- he has very good self-control it seems - but I imagine Mello would not have a difficult time throwing him off). xD
So Mello is acting rather childish here and Near is displaying actual flustered-ness. Hahaha
I must say though, Stephen looks so incredibly handsome here. What is going on through his mind...? xD

TBH, I'm not sure what exactly is on Mello's jacket but I saw that it existed on his jacket in the manga and tried to approximate it though it looks a little strange compared to the manga. orz

You win so much for drawing this, haha! I'm eternally amused! Their expressions are so much love, and I love the way you portrayed Mello's possessiveness. I guess that Gevanni is more collected, and more wary of touching his boss like Mello's doing. But Mello's shameless, and when he wants something, he's more aggressive to obtain it. So yes, I guess he'd be the one grabbing Near and pulling him toward himself, while Gevanni would perhaps wait for Near to voice his wish to be released?
