Hi yes I know this one is much harder to understand but honestly idk how to explain it well
You just need a shit ton of blurring and adding up layers until it looks right and tbh I didn't do that very well

This one turned out shitty ;u;

Program I use: Medibang Paint
Also this works with Firealpaca but it's super hard to translate into other programs
