Egads!A little bit of a side note here. I'd like to tip my metaphorical hat to . In comments on Part 1 of this story, he noted that one of the cops and "The Forker" looked suspiciously familiar. While this was not intentional, it struck me as a funny concept, that one of the officers searching for The Forker was The Forker himself and the other cop partner was too stupid to notice. So, I used 's idea, instead. It was much funnier than what I had in mind, which was the two cops run into The Forker, fail to recognize him, and are diverted into beating up a harmless black guy instead. So, , I thank you for the idea and dedicate this part to you.
