Kinda like Warhammer Fantasy all of a sudden like the Crystal Empire is Kislev, The South is the Badlands, The middle part is where the local Beastmen and Elves live, The Ghastly Gorge is kinda like Blackfire Pass, Canterlot is like a Karaz-a-Karak but more magical (also not to mention that they're like The Empire, The North is as usual Cold, Deadly, Frostbiting, much like where The Warriors of Chaos. The south west desert is like Araby but far from being Araby though it's close to that point. I think that's the only thing/s I like to point out for now.

I'd like to know more about these so-called "Badlands" - or perhaps the places beyond Equestria. It's established there's a lot of places beyond our setting - Saddle-Arabia, and most curiously of all is the place where Tirek and Scorpan are from. We don't even know its name.

Absolutely Amazing. Did you know that the map of Equestria is based off of the map of the American continents? According to this map I would living around Rambling Rock Ridge.

How do you tell the continents apart?

Manehattan would be where New York would be, Horse Shoe Bay would be where Florida would be, Vanhoover would be where Washington would be. Las Pegasus doesn't look like its where it supposed to be according to the US map, since it wouldn't be on the coast being in the state of Nevada. So this map would be an abstract representation, but with these cities being around the corners of the US map, I just used this as a way to determine where Canada and Mexico would be.

So awesome ! And it's funny because this is a only a tiny fraction of the entire planet and I hope they're gonna go a bit more in the future with this entire world and present us even more incredible and exotic places ( I personally gone wild with all of the freaking locations I created for this planet in my storyline, including with its inhabitants. )
