Nice job! I especially like that rifle--The detail on the barrel is really good
Though, something seems a little strange about the line of her chin... I'm not sure what it is, unfortunately :/
Also, have you tried using slightly thicker lines for the outlines? I don't do cell shading, so I don't know if maybe that's a "do not do" thing, but it looks to me like you're running into problems with the scanner not picking up the lines too well...

Then you're seeing the same thing I am! It was one of those nights where I couldn't get anything look right... Sometimes I impress the heck out of myself and then other nights it's like nothing goes right. Whatever I did.. So I thought the background would make up for it!^^
