Rehab is less relaxing and more "lift your leg higher, ok now were gonna walk even though we know you are physically unable to but were gonna make you anyway, why are you still sitting? Get up we have to walk if you want to get better!" Then theres the stairs...

Right. I hated physical therapy. Mine was basically just to get back into shape after cancer beat my ass and I got surgery. But it still sucked.

Also Rehab is more of a general term, this is more of physical therapy. I mean Rehab also covers speach therapy, ocupational therapy, etc. Speech therapy was fun, I mean I was like 4 and my therapist had one of those spinny point to cow and say moo things. Physical therapy is what I didnt like.

Yeah I used to have a really bad lisp and took speech therapy. That wasn't fun though. My theripist would yell at me until I said the word right. I was like six. And it traumatized me.
