Welcome to the Coasterfreak's Custom Coasters Showcase. Today we are showing off a revisit to Stronghold, which is one of our biggest wooden roller coasters. Β We have improved the ride on multiple fronts and hope you will enjoy the ride.Can you survive the Stronghold?
Here is what was changed:

- Updated Station with guest entry and exit.
- Smoother transitions between turnsΒ
- Added Scenery to add a bit of amusement park vibes
- Replaced all of the older darker wood with a lighter wood color style.
- Fixed reduction to have smoother slowing of the train down.
- Changed the train style to have a more modern feel.

Excellent piece of work.Β Β I especially liked the way the end of the action was coordinated with a tempo change in the music.Β Β A possible challenge for theΒ future is to go farther in that direction -- make the music have more to do with what is going on, on the screen.

The music I do use is under free use so there isn't much I can do other than making the ride longer or shorter to make it work. I'm glad it worked out in the end.

I have a dream, which I think is not impossible, but for now looks very distant, that the art of composing music can be made understandable enough so that creditable background sound made be made to order for nearly any video.Β The objective would be that the music and the visual action correspond so closely that the viewer nearly forgets that the sound is not being made by the events on-screen.Β

your music would have to be custom made for the ride/event in question, most likely you would do the music live at the event or watching a ride/attraction video and making the music along side the video playing in the background.

This is a really cool rollercoaster! I like how intense it is, it has many different features in it so it wont get boring. I wish I could ride this rollercoaster in real life. ^^

That was a long ride at 0:47, and a steep dive at around 0:50! 0:54 has an amazingly scary twist I'm not sure that's possible because I don't do roller coasters which continued until 1:55. 2:53 has a fall too steep for my likes, but overall, it's thrilling, though the rides changes a little too fast (but I guess that's why people like roller coasters). Umm, if there's anything I'd like to change or improve, it's the variety of changes, like adding more sharp turns that doesn't necessarily sway off sidewards.

With the sharp turns as they are, reduces the lateral g-forces so your don't get hurt. Thanks again for commenting!
