Wanted to get back to some of my odd roots, scribbled this out as a warm-up. It started off as a robot arm, believe it or not, then I did a duplicate -> flip -> darken -> move around thing until something interesting popped up. Saw the visage of this chubby idol person and the image just kind of grew from there. I could probably do a lot more with it but it was mainly meant to be a warm-up/flexing some creative muscles. Gonna have a busy next two weeks so gotta get the engine going

I really like the mixture of fantasy and science-fiction of this deviation, and how the way the large idolΒ is depicted gives room for interpretations.
I'm personally seeing the idol depicts some sort of a pig-headed deity, yet the whole statue itself could be an elaborately carved head...

As always the way you color it is impressive! I really like how you color the light and shadow effect in this art! For me, coloring the light and shadow effecr caused by flame/magma/etc.. is one of the hardest!
Also i just recently realized it, i procrastinate soo much when it comes to drawing hahahaha, i often miss the deadline wether it's about posting art regularly or competition deadline, do you know tips to battle this dude? :")
Also, you're pretty mean when you said you get an inspiration for this art from chubby idol you recently saw, maybe she/he gonna' be surprised when they see this art hahahahahaha
