I wanted to make the sniper gussied up, gaudy with a crazy-ass contraption of a bow and some flowing cape action .......but I mean... they're a sniper, you're supposed to be incognito and stealthy and *inconspicuous* lol. So yeah he's got the long drape cloak, hood, kinda blends in with the rock and surroundings. Shoots fast at least, getting off the double tap 🙂

There's some overlay coloring going on which I think I should've taken off, or at least eased up a touch as it feels just a bit too blue/blue-green. Maybe it needs more rocks or something.
