Description
I had turned off 2 layers-worth of teeth that I forgot to turn back on before saving it as a JPG, took me a little while to figure out why the mouth looked really funny compared to what I remembered.. Anyways yeah, the knight probably didn't make it, originally I wanted it to be a more black/white/red kind of piece but the colors just felt good after I started addingt hem in so I ran with it a bit. Nothing crazy, lots of layer masks + gradients and fills + blending modes to build into color mixes.

Overall the piece is ultra simple, more for 'comedic' purposes than anything else. There's a fair amount of blending mode tomfoolery going on than probably needs to be, like weird little gradients set to screen and overlay, the licks of flame coming out of the nostrils being like 3 or 4 layers by themselves; I just like having pieces on separate layers, if my computer can handle it I'll keep it as such, just in case I want to make adjustments to a single layer or group of layers.
