Description
Something I whipped up for TV villain contest.I wanted to do a character that wasn't one of the usual suspects.
Haven't been able to art much lately. Real life has been kicking me in the butt. I couldn't even finish this on time, so its a WIP for now... and possibly forever.

Doesn't help that I decided now would be a PERFECT time to give digital painting, an area I have little experience in, a go. For a one-week contest. That I barely had time for. I make good life choices.
I figured everyone and there mother would be drawing Bill, Xantos, Shego, Megavolt, etc. so I opted for something a little different. Plus, I always love giving obscure characters some love.
