Vote Plok for Super Smash Bros for Wii U/3DS in the Smash Bros Fighter Ballot cp.nintendo.co.jp/us/ . Underrated characters like hi deserve a fighter chance and he even predates Rayman since he can shoot his own limbs at enemies. I could definitely see him in this fighter game because you could integrate so much in his move set, such as his rocketing limbs, present power ups, and the buzz saw jump you get after beating the Legacy Island levels.
