For Anthro contest.Another idea I've been sitting on for awhile. Disney sure seems to love their rodent crime solvers.
I wanted to make this look like an animated movie/ cartoon show from the 80s/ early 90s. I've noticed a lot of cartoons from that era would have very detailed, painted backgrounds while the characters were often unshaded. So That's why everyone's colors are flat.

My imagination often wanders and so many times I've pictured Chip working with Basil (like someone to look up to) and both the Rescue Rangers and Basil & Dawson being invited to join the Rescue Aid Society....especially since they already help those in need
