Zane was on his guitar playing one of the songs created by the Junebug Talent Agency when he was overheard by Mr. Hunter. It was clear that Zane had talent. All he needed was a little persuasion.

"My name is Richard Hunter," he said. "I work for the Junebug Talent Agency. I think you have a sound that we can use. Come with me so we can talk someplace private."

Zane stopped playing and followed Mr. Hunter. For him, this was a golden opportunity. He thought about playing onstage in front of a sold out audience. The bigger the stage, the more successful he would be. While Zane was daydreaming, Mr. Hunter took his guitar away from him and handed him a small object that could easily fit on a key chain.

"What is this?" asked Zane.

"It is a tracking device," explained Mr. Hunter. "We like to know where our clients are at all times."

With a shrug, Zane took the tracking device and put in someplace safe. He was not told it also send out subliminal messages to make sure he was under their control. Mr. Hunter put his arm around Zane. It made him feel calm and relaxed.

Zane felt his hair and noticed it was getting longer. He calmly accepted it as the way things were. In less than a minute, it grew all the way down to his waist. His T-shirt and jeans changed into something resembling a school uniform complete with a jacket that appeared out of nowhere. His socks became longer and his shoes became more feminine.

Body hair disappeared. All masculine features faded away and were replaced by feminine ones which became more and more pronounced. His breasts grew and his body became more curvaceous. Even his genitals changed leaving him, or her, fully female.

The name Zelda entered his mind and the name Zane faded away. Her other memories faded away too and were replaced with new ones. She tried to recall what she did before following Mr. Hunter but she could not remember. It was like she had been following him her entire life.

Mr. Hunter showed Zelda her contract which was clearly signed in her handwriting. She knew the Junebug Talent Agency would take good care of her so there was nothing to worry about. She was glad she signed the contract and could not wait to get started.

"I have something else for you," said Mr. Hunter, giving her the same guitar he had taken earlier.

"Thank you!" exclaimed Zelda. "What a wonderful gift!"

"Just be sure to show up at our building," responded Mr. Hunter. "You know where you go. I know you will make an excellent part of our band. Who knows? If you are good enough, you might even get a solo career and become a guitar star."

Zelda fantasized about having a solo career. This was the plan Mr. Hunter had for her all along. The band was just a stepping stone. Her delight at receiving a guitar, her guitar was just icing on the cake.
