Thank you, they are a combination of prosthetic meets power stilts. The design was based on the thought of rabbits ability to 'hop' so the use of power stilts became a runner up.

"Ubie Tech is again at the point of scientific research in prosthetic design and is now creating the next generation of cybernetic enhanced limbs"
"amenii, i know you sign it in the contract and acknowledge it, but i must warn you again. If you accept those new limbs it will come to a price..."

Lol! A wonderful Idea! (Mr. Ubie is actually a panther though. -think Large, Russian like with a touch of Roosevelt 'Speak softly and carry a big stick.' mentality.
I think this would be an excellent side comic to depict. As the script does play out in a similar fashion. Mr. Ubie didn't just give her those state of the art legs because he's a philanthropist. Though he does cast the perfect image of one, he does have his own motivations.

The primary one I will have to type up and Note to you, as I don't want to much sensitive information floating around. (Will do this part later tonight.) But on the surface, Mr. Ubie is interested in offering Amenii a job as the face of his company. Much like Gazelle is the face of pop culture, he believes that a legless bunny would be the perfect face for the prosthetic industry.
His logic being, with the current hype surrounding Judy Hopps, the first bunny cop, that the media will be sympathetic to the idea of another bunny figure. That and because she is already considered cute, it's the eyes, she would be well received publicly.
