Poor little lady would be better of just going home at this point. Either her own home or her girlfriend's would be way less stressful. Given the attitude of the staff I would want to leave and try my luck with a wheelchair rather than have another altercation with the nurses. A few visits to get fitted with prosthetics and she can start physical therapy.Β

If legal threats had not been made, Nera would have carried her off right there and then medical staff or no.
After much persuading, she was however convinced that bringing a frail coma patient out of a hospital was an overall bad idea in the long run.
She did leave the staff with some parting advice though:

Like in a physiatric ward? I was in one twice (once at 9 and once at 16) and the first time I think I slept in a regular hospital bed, but the second time it was a regular open bed.Β
