Amenii drew in a deep breath, the tube top that was already precariously stretched over her swollen chest gave a warning creek as the seams were pushed to their limit, then slowly she blew it out. The top was not her first choice, or her second, it had simple devolved to her only choice. She had torn apart her entire wardrobe, but even her t-shirts would not go over her belly any more, and trying to get them over her breasts was trouble enough.
It was a small miracle that she had gotten the tube top in place, and that was only with Nera’s help, worming it down over her chest, and adjusting it in place one breast at a time. The thought of that endeavor made her frown, apart from swelling up like no bunny’s business, they had also become very sensitive of late and she had screamed bloody murder under Nera’s attempt to help her.

In the confines of the tube top Amenii could feel every breath she took, as it sent needles through her sensitive teats. Grimacing she bore it silently determined not to rip the fabric off while she was in the store, for the sake of modesty, if nothing else. That and Nera was not going to be back to help her slip the stretchy fabric back on, at least not for another thirty minutes. She was off doing her own shopping, and probably still a little sore from the tongue lashing she had received. It would be difficult to make that up to her, but Amenii swore she would find a way, somehow.

‘All right, lets try this one.’

Amenii looked up, her thoughts broken as she focused on the Okapi that stood before her. Even on the bench, Amenii had to look up at her herbivore. She had long ago settled that the sales rep looked a like a painted gazelle with white stripes in place of tan fur. Blowing out a breath, Amenii dutifully raised her arms and let the mammal try and slink the maturity wear over her head.

It was not going to fit. Amenii could tell only after a few seconds of pulling, clentching her eyes, she tried not to cry as the Okapi’s fingers brushed her swollen breasts. Letting out a sigh of relief as the sales mammal gave up the struggle, Amenii did her best to put on her disappointed face, hoping her relief did not show through.

‘I’m sorry Ms. Oakwoods, but that is our largest size in Maternity wear.’ The Okapi folded the outfit to her chest apologetically. ‘I – The store, has never encountered a rabbit with your, err, unique…size.’

You mean I look like a blimp. Amenii thought darkly, trying to keep that off her face as well.

‘We could try another species, but I am not sure how well anything will fit you.’

‘Just find me something to wear. Anything will due at this point.’

And with that the Okapi was off again leaving Amenii with her thoughts, and a swollen chest aching for relief.
