Hey Mate, glad you enjoy my workz!
Actually its funny you ask, because Jan and me (the ace coder), have completed the basics, just today.
The domain is online, the whole thing is done, now only very few parts are missing.
Check out the current beta-status at nanorockr.com !

Hey dude cool your so interested: nanoworx was renamed to nanowrkz to begin with
If you head to: nanowrkz.at or nanowrkz.com you will realize i already have both of them registered
( You will see a hosteurope banner, thats the host im at)
There is currently not even a layout for it, because Jan (the master-coder) and me are working on a lot of corporate stuff,
and im very low on money, so that was the priority.
BUT, i will design a complete and VERY minimal (which doesn't at all mean its bad) layout for it in the next days.
Jan is going to make a fast CMS, also minimal with just portfolio entries and maybe a simple news section, so we finally get it online.
The content is what matters in the first place, with a web-design company so, yeah there we go
Stay tuned it will be there in the next few days

I just have to say, that Flo isn't using AJAX in any way on this site he just uses some combination effect libraries for JavaScript
But probably I'll add some AJAX-functions to the site, if the content wants me to
sorry Flo, musste das sagen

beautiful and clean, as always...
hmm... I've never looked at Ajax before, but it's Microsoft proprietary, isn't it?
Is it server-side or what?

Asynchronous JavaScript and XML... its just a term for JavaScript that changes things on the site "on the fly".. without the need for the browser to reload.
A page totally made with AJAX (instead of PHP or other dynamic langs.) doesn't have to reload a single time to include dynamic content.
.. and it has absolutely nothing to do with Microsoft

good good...
doesn't that mean that functions like history.back and all that won't work, if the page doesn't reload, much like flash doesn't... or can you dynamically link it like ddl in flash (which no-one except 2advanced knows how to do)?

Thats why you rather use PHP and MySQL as framework and dont use it for complete sites, only for functions which are also more usable that way..
Some Examples here on DA using AJAX:
- The comment Submission Process >> You click Send >> AJAX Engine >> It gets saved dynamically via MySQL >> You see it on the page instantly
- The Deviation Submission >> The file gets uploaded dynamically without reloading >> You just select the auto-preview and off you go
ALL OF THE INSTANT functions on a website (loading dynamic content) are using AJAX
THAT should now clear it and if you want to know more just google for AJAX, you will find tons of stuff as AJAX is the revolution that brought Web 2.0 to life.. the whole back end of it

Thanks so much, ill update the preview again, as there are more neat sections to it and this pre. doesn't do the design justice.
