You can provide a link to any MP3 available, but you may run into cross-domain issues.If you leave the MP3 field unchanged it will play an internal mp3 I use for testing from opengameart.org/content/numberβ¦
Any sta.shed mp3 should work along with any hosted on a website that has a permissive cross-domain.xml file on the server.
You can find some sta.shed MP3 files with this google search .
For the Microphone portion, you may need to adjust your computer's microphone volume level.

Flash will not make requests to content hosted on another domain name unless that domain has a cross-domain policy.
For example: a flash file hosted on DeviantArt.net will not request an MP3 file from example.com, unless example.com has a cross-domain policy that allows it.
