If you're wondering, this drawing represents the level I'm at in terms of paper & pencil... this is pretty much my theoretical maximum right now - the absolute best I know how to do without computer assistance.

I actually started this one at the bowling meet, but then I got too scared and couldn't finish it until later.

Sadly, I've been practicing traditional art *so that* I could draw in public, but... it hasn't happened successfully yet.

(sorry for the bad scan - I can't seem to adjust the purple and green areas out unless I start drawing a LOT darker. And even then, I don't really know how to do it effectively.)
