When it comes to the deep-space-faring tribes totally known as the Twilight Legion, people tend to oversimplify and just write them off as space pirates, one and all. However, even though there are some really extremist groups withing the Legion, such as the much abhorred and feared Blooded Legion, there are also the folk called the Rocketmen, who simply want to be left alone as they live their lives in deep space, away from any planet whatsoever.

Most Rocketmen are isolationists living on a space barge or a single ship as extended families. Over time, Rocketmen ships tend to become organic affairs, being modified over and over again to fit whatever livelihood the group pursues at the moment.

Also, they are VERY colorful. Even in visible spectrum, most Rocketmen ships are a motley of colors. Seen with the proprietary implants the Rocketmen use among their tribes, there's always more than the naked eye - or even the eyes of those without those implants - can see.

Above, you are looking at the Rocketmen space-cruiser, the Tangerine Concubine, with minimal implant-augmentation. Even so, the chromatic dispersion field around the ship is vividly apparent. When broadcasting their cant, this colored area would flash with messages so thickly that seeing through to the ship may be impossible.
