Yay it's Gravity Falls. Specifically, it's Dipper, aka 'Dipstick', aka 'Pine Tree', aka 'Dr. Fun Times', aka 'Dude', aka 'Rodrick'.
In the show, Dipper, and his pursuit of 'manliness' is kind of an ongoing theme. He's a wimpy little 12-year-old boy, with brains and maturity beyond his years. Throughout the show, his shortness, weakness, and youth have constantly gotten in the way. He can't get respect, he's belittled, he loses at games, he can't fight, and he can't win Wendy's romance.
Yet through it all, he's remains stubborn, determined, humble, and honorable.
I really like that, and respect that. Reminds me of my own little brother in fact, who's going through similar issues.
So, without further ado, here are many of the manly things which Dipper has done. Refusing to kill the Multibear, taking on Gideon's war mech with his bare hands, accepting Wendy's rejection, giving up his future for his sister's sake, and taping the magnet gun to his own arm, so as to be unable to let go of a launching spacecraft.
