This is my OC, Tom. She my steam punk, farm girl, engineer that will build herself a pair of wings if I can ever get the animation idea off the ground. She has a companion that I will share the story about later, but for now here she is!BTW: I don't know why she's sticking her butt in the air at the top. I was trying to drawing something else and that just happened... She's only 10 so be nice.
