LOL The eyes are the only reason I seen it! I was searching tree bark for small insects and treasures, when I see those eyes in a close by tree!

When I am out in the nature or just outside the garden (in the summer) I forget about time.
I am from Sweden and where I live it gets really dark and lots of snow, it could get to - 38°C.
The winter can staz from 6-8 months Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
I am in CA tho´at the moment for a holiday. Ahhh lovely weather here.

Yes CA is nice weather this time of year! I am up north of you, and it is raining hard! The forecast is for ten more days of it! The Pacific Northwest is beautiful but it comes at a price, we get heavy rain about 8 months year. Two months of the year it is hot and dry!

I am staying in the house of a distant relative, they have a huge swimming pool but it is too cold now.
They wear jackets while I still love wearing sleeveless blouse and skirt.
It is amazing. I would like to travel a bit while here but they work everyday so I am kinda stuck where I am.

LOL Yeah I laugh in CA when they put on winter coats, and I am in tee-shirts and shorts! That sucks that you are stuck there though, CA has some great hiking and camping areas, great places for pictures too! Also tons of other things to do too, so much to see there! I hope you get to have time to check the place out!

I am leaving after the Thanksgiving.
I went to see the Golden gate, went to China town, Fine arts Museum, Fort Funston, Sutro bath, Twin peaks, pier 39 and drove hi way 1 did not drive all the way to LA but I am thankful I have seen some tourist spots

COOL! You got to see a lot of the neat stuff then! Pier 39 was a favorite for me, when I was there they had the best seafood restaurants!!!

The grand canyon is amazing!!! Looking at pictures of it isn't the same, it is huge!!! Well worth the effort if you ever get a chance!
