Description I've always felt like the Riddler was a more natural arch-nemesis for Batman. After all, who would want to thwart the World's Greatest Detective more than a man who has devoted himself to the mysterious?

Anyway, here's a redesign of him, because I want him to be classier,
more sinister,
and just all-around cooler.
