Pretty awesome man. Did you make those rocks in Terragen? they look legit. The planet ring looks cool, although it seems like its not lined up with the planet properly. I also think you should soften the glow on the planet just a little bit. It looks like too harsh of a light change. Anyway, great job man, looks amazing.

one teeny tiny little thing, to me the asteroid belt's perspective doesnt seem to line up with the axis of the planet. could just be me though

I'm loving everything about this. Although only a slight thing, if that star is showing off blue (ie the lens flare is blue.) than wouldn't the rocks on the lower half of the picture be more blue in color? Right now they look reddish.
Other than that it's pretty awesome. Good job.
