Preferred Weapon:
Modified Dalton 940: A highly accurate 50 cal. "railgun/cartridge-hybrid" sniper rifle, with a range of 7 kilometers if given optimal conditions. He has been modifying it since he was 14 in order to make it better, so far has manage to push its range to 9 kilometers. It is so powerful if you fire it at point blank, you can shoot clean through one and a half ULN heavy tank.

Back story: Matthew was the second youngest of the Jefferson children. Born after the war began and raised in England together with 2 brothers and two sisters while the skull empire was struggling to reclaim their former strength. He was taught to shoot when he was 8 by his mom and he quickly showed he had the potential.
He was in battle for the first time when he was 14 years old. The HSA was invading England and he was set along his siblings to defend the former capitol of London where the skull empire had made their main base. Through his scope he witnessed his friends and family dying to the unstoppable HSA soldiers. At the last minute the skull empire managed to deploy their secret weapon. A simple jamming signal that made it impossible to communicate with Athena. Over the next 5 years he and the rest of the skull empire cut their way though the HSA territory.
After performing a astounding shot of 8 kilometers and saving "the imperial combine" by killing an assassin that was about to shoot him in the head at point blank, he earned the highest honor of all by being allowed to meet his emperor face to face.
At the end of operation "heart breaker" he was 19 years old and had a kill count of 586.
Him, his older sister and his older brother was sent to Norway along 30.000 troops to overthrow the small splinter group know as the USF. He was one of the lucky few that made it back alive and after spending 4 months in recovery he sadly needed a respirator system implanted in his chest because both his lung were almost eroded away because of acidic snow. The shin on both his legs where also replaced because they had to be amputated do to frostbite.
2 years later him and his older brother was send to america to help establish a new base near what was left of Florida by driving the ULN out of america. 3 years later him and Victor was abandoned by their comrades to fight for their own survival in the badlands, they were both rescued by the "Prometheus task force" and had finally had enough of the Skull Empire. He served with his brother in the elites until Victor died.

The white eyed Devil: Matthew's nickname comes from the fact that he is suffering from an EXTREMELY RARE(1:100.000.000.000) eye mutation that gives his iris and pupil an almost gloving ice-white color. This makes his eyes highly sensitive to light. This gives him the ability to see the world in a more broad spectrum of colors. It is said that he can spot a fly on a range of 500 meters.
This combined with his experience and almost predatory instinct, has made him into an incredibly good sniper. He is the third best sniper on the planet.
He is has performed so many supposedly impossible shots, that combined with the fact that he keeps on escaping captivity thanks to his training in the Prometheans. Many claim that he is just a myth.

Bloodrage: After years of constant hardship and witnessing many acts of brutality has made him emotionally unstable. He has gotten a mental illness nicknamed "Bloodrage". This means that whenever he is in the heat of battle he runs the risk of turning into a murderers killing machine that does not care if it is allied or enemy he is shooting at. Because of this his spotter always walk around with an anesthetic to keep him under control.

Personality: Matthew tend to be somewhat quite and passively aggressive. He is constantly fighting to control himself, however he is the kind of character that has a hard time taking shit from anyone. As an example one time he was listening to a hacked radio from the ULN in order to locate an officer that he was suppose to assassinate. When he heard the insults that the target was giving the Prometheans, Matt decided to shoot a "Fang" round into the guys back, instead of a regular round into his head. Fang rounds are bullets filled with powerful poison that are used to kill people. When you are unsure if you can land a fatal blow with your sniper-rifle, they are also know to kill you VERY painfully.
Outside of combat he keeps to himself and spends most of his time meditating, because he knows that if he loses control of himself he will become his own and his allies greatest enemy.
He has an almost perfect memory and he can remember almost every single kill he has ever had and the number of how many is a well guarded secret. Just like his face only 3 people that he trust has knows it. His commander, himself and his doctor/close friend "Amber".

Muriel Coxon Jefferson: Matthews mother had him with an unknown skull empire officer. She died of radiation poisoning when he was 11 years old.

Danny Jefferson: Matthew never met his brother, because Danny was bitten by an Ignis viper before Matthew was born.

Theresa Jefferson: Matthews older sister was shot and killed during Operation Heart Breaker.

Miranda Jefferson: Matthews twin disappeared during operation October-storm, is however rumored to have survived and now serving in the USF.

Victor Jefferson : Matthews older brother and mentor in the field of war. The have saved each other on multiple occasions. When his brother died, Matthew became the leader of the elites.

Amber : Victor and Matthew saved amber from a group of thugs. Matthew is one of the only people that Amber trust and vice-versa

Carmen Atkinson: Victors girlfriend kinda became like a sister to him. She taught him to control his mental problems via. meditation. She died to a ULN mortar shell 1 year before the events of world in ruin.

Thea Jefferson: Matthews 14 year-old niece is serving with the Prometheans in North America on the USF border.
