Hi! Things have been very busy on my end! Other projects that have a bit more precedence and demand have been the priority recently. Geno doesn't belong in smash. he's only in a 25 year old game that's pretty obscure, and he isn't even owned by nintendo

Eventually, yes! Additional characters depend on time and resources. The fewer resources available to create artwork, the more time it takes for each character.
