I did acctually! Its in my google drive folder and its kinda out of date, but the basic premise is that Aya'an is a kingdom situated at a cliffy peninsula, and has a massive freelance navy that controlls its colonies abroad, where most of Aya'an's timber and agriculture comea from. That freelance navy is at odds with the militant Inqisition/crusader like army that has taken controll over the mainland, resulting in a passive agressive civil war between the two.
