awesome capture, that tlooks just great, the colors are wonderfull.
Was that a single exposure or did you stack more together? And how is the noise in the full version?

just a single 8 minute exposure. noise is there in full version... i'll let you know once i see a print of it.

Very cool shot man, i love the vibrancy of the rocks and the motion trails of the stars. The fisheye works wonders here!

I LOVE your fish eye lens!....how much fun it must be to got out and set up your camera for 8 minutes, and watch they sky. what time of night was it? I bet that place is so peaceful at night.....great work!

Love the detail on the rocks! It's amazing how you managed to get the sky to look like that... Did you ket the camera run as night was falling to get the stars like that? I'm very curious. That wouls explain the long exposure time, though.

they always go in cirlces. but you want to aim north or south to get the full effect

great feeling, brilliant orientation and rich saturation levels that really carry me into a state of peaceful strength. god i love the outdoors. i love my computer and working online and so forth, but it pales greatly in comparison to anything outside in our beautiful world.
glad to see you're up and around the earth. i knew you'd be better off without those extra teeth.
