I made a tutorial for all to use and enjoy. Maybe. Hopefully! It did take a looong time to make it, so maybe it at least entertained you, reading all my stupid long unnecessary descriptions. But anyway.. I present to YOU.. my MS Paint tutorial. n_n Some of this has been said before, but some has not, and I wanted to contribute to better MS Paint art.
