The idea is that there will be a series of tutorials. Each will show one step in the process to making a full manipulation. Any of these step or process tutorials already out there don't show how to do each step, just what the end result should look like.Here's my current idea of the steps:
Cutting
Smudging - [link]
Color Changing - [link]
Markings
Mane and Tail Painting
Wings and Horns
Eye Painting
Background Blending
Putting Horse and Background Together (size, reflections, water splashes...)
Lighting
Color Themes and Other
Are there any other steps I should have? Would any of you be interested in these tutorials?

I would love to see a color change (preferably to a natural color, not fantasy) and a markings tutorial. I always struggle with those two things, so I like to see how other artists go about it and try their techniques
By the way, this is a great tut. It's wonderfully simple, but still very helpful to people just starting out with the pen tool. Nice job!

Yes, any color change tutorial would focus on natural as it is more of a basic requirement than fantasy. A markings tutorial would be related, as I do markings with a color changed horse and a mask.

I would definitely be interested in the wings and horns tutorial. I also would be interested in a tutorial involving the creation and/or modification of shadows and reflections.
