Yeah I had to do them again....anyways..The definition of an icon is: A representation of an object or person, or that object or person may come to be regarded as having a special status as particularly representative of, or important to, or loved by, a particular group of people, a place, or a period in history.

Very dynamic, and I love the way you de-emphasized the characters' faces; it increases the iconic look a lot. 
(though, and this is just my problem, I keep imagining that Spidey is shooting his web at Superman's junk

I like it a lot, it looks really cool, but I have 2 minor comments:
1) It's hard to see Batman. I saw that the name said there were 4, but it took me a moment to actually see Batman in there.
2) I think it would be cool if we could see Superman's face.

Very cool man, i love the shape of the piece, gives it a really good sense of motion and energy. Though i would like to see some of your stronger, more saturated colors on this one as well. I just think the colors are a bit too muted for something that is about iconography and strength.

That would make an excellent car or Motorcycle decal. I really love the background and how it blends and morphs into the next.
One nit pick that is not releated to the picture relats to your grammer. You have "there teachers", it should be "They're teachers". Sorry, it's just something that gets me.
