Nice composition, but with all due respect I think Batman could be brought out more.
I see you've covered all they're faces, but taking Batman's mouth away means that he's just dark on dark.
Plus he's so angular he doesn't look human.

Just as a thought, I think the Batman is lacking a bit of contrast and is getting kinda lost with the BG

Boils down to personal taste, I do know what you mean by it, in the end you see the piece, and when you pay attention get the batman, its like an extra treat at the end, good work anyways.
