This is very interesting! I always like to see pencil/inks side-by-sides. But flats and finished colors are a rare treat.
What happened to the traditional 50% and 20% hue saturations/tones and highlights to bring out depth and volume? Is that to come, or is the piece done?

flats in modern times are a bunch of pre-made selections that colorists use to speed up their work. Professional colorists will often pay someone to complete them to speed up their work.
I've never done a project in the old limited color palettes.
