Just a comic doodle of a little idea I had after watching the first episode of the new season.
Inspired by Disqord's dialouge:
"Did you miss me, Celestia? I missed you..."
...
"Ohh... I've forgotten how grim you can be, Celestia... It's really quite... booorrring."
Not that I think Celestia is insensitive or mean, but sometimes the ignorance that comes with young age can lead to poor behavior.
Told from Disqord's point of view (as in, he's the narrator).
EDIT:
Just to clear something up... I don't think that an incident like this would've "turned" him. He was already on his way to Evilsville. So Celestia rejecting him isn't his "origin story" or anything...
I figure he finally decided that, since he wasn't getting any positive attention, he'd settle for negative attention... which is when he discovered his one true love: Chaos

Celestia is often depicted as "trollestia" because she has that habit of only showing up when they don't need her. See Swarm Of The Century for example. Or even the first two episodes. Nobody knows what happened to Celestia in that meantime. Google Trollestia. Or go to Know Your Meme. In fact, trollestia has became a meme just like advice dog, following its own template, having captions like "Best young flier contestant falling to her death? Sit back and watch." or "Deadly daragon threatening lives of entire country? LOL the kids can handle it" Or even "Twilight and her friends ruined the gala? That's the plan silly." And if you come to think about it, those things all make sense. Then, Celestia is seen as a troll, or as a bitch, whatever.

In swarm of the century she didnt know that parasprites were attacking, and when she got wind of another town beign sieged by them, she canceled everything so she could help them. In the first two episodes she was trapped by nightmare moon, its fanon, but still, it can be assumed that she was incapacitated in some way and was releeased as nightmare moons curse was lifted. For what we know, celestia could have been only asked for the crowning ceremony, unless ive derped and forgotten something. Twilight and her friends were much closer than her to the dragon, and she knew twilight had enough magic, that if it came to blows, she could win. Yeah, the gala thing is a bit much, but just because you enjoy something, doesnt mean that it will go unpunished. Its like a teacher laughing at a mean joke and still punishing the bully.

I always assumed that when she mentioned that other town having problems, she just made up that so she would not embaress the townspeople (ponyville) for not having a town.

Very interesting take on things. While I personally doubt Celestia would be that shallow, it's possibly this was the event that TAUGHT her not to be so shallow too. Discord's own comments proved Celestia didn't always rule, but deposed Discord's rule....

Hey I don't understand. Why is Celestia always shown as white with pink hair when young? I don't remember that in the show. Also awesome piece here, I love it.

In the Nightmare Moon story Twilight is reading at the beginning of episode 1, the images of Celestia depicts her as having a pink mane and tail. As such, it can be assumed that Celestia doesn't get the mane/tail we see in the show until sometime after Luna's banishment, meaning it was pink when they fought Discord.

It comes from the first episode in the first season where in the book a younger Celestia is depicted with pink hair (and it looks nice on her).
