So I finally decided to finish this.
It looks way better than the WIP shot I had earlier... and I've now deleted that one... sorry, but I don't want to look at it.
Photoshop + tablet.
Celestia banishes Luna -not necessarily like the story in the show...
This piece is part of the project I am working on.

I think they should cover that in the show, Luna's banishment. It would be interesting to see the emotional impact having to send her own sister into exile does to Celestia, from both Celestia and Luna's points of view. It would make the reunion more sincere, plus I want to see more of Nightmare Moon.

Very well done, using the tones and expressions to show happiness and tragedy, freedom and prison, good and evil. The picture shows originality, emotion, and detail, whenever I see it, I fee many emotions, some sadness, anger, and happiness. I hope that it will get the recognition it deserves, and nothing less. If I were a critic and had to rate this I'll give it a 10/10. Beautiful, expressive, and detailed are three words I would saw to this.
