Description Some Elfs from my story Star Engine. [link]

ELF means Engineered Life Form. Although the term technically applies to a wide range of synthetic organisms, from tiny bacteria that devour toxic waste to hardy plants that can thrive even in the most arid landscapes, it most commonly is used to refer to these humanoids with pointy ears who have been engineered as a slave race to Humans. Presumably they were given the ears as a homage to the legendary creatures, and possibly to more easily distinguish them from their Human masters.

Elfs come from Lepiterra, where the giant Mother Machines that create their genetic codes dwell in caverns beneath the earth. Elf's grow inside large blue crystal eggs that absorb sunlight for energy and they emerge from these 'eggs' fully grown. As they grow within the eggs much of the knowledge of language and science that they will need is fed directly into their brains.

There are many types of Elf designed for different roles. Here are just a few:

Hestian, or House Elf (Left in the Picture) - The most common type Humans are likely to encounter. They tend to work as maids doing day to day chores. They are generally quite knowledgeable and well educated since the rich Human families who own them often have them teaching their children.

Enyon, or Battle Elf (Middle) - Elfs designed for battle. Although they often look like other relatively harmless Elfs, they have greatly enhanced strength and reflexes. They could easily kill a Human so are usually kept away from them until their skills are required.

Kharite, or Pleasure Elf (Right in the picture) - Although Elfs themselves are actually asexual, there is obviously demand for a class that caters to Human lust. Although Kharites are trained not only for physical pleasure; they also study music, dance and conversational skills.

the one in the right has a weird expression, making her appear a little doll-ish. otherwise, the art is great.

Do you mean the one in the white dress? She looks weird to me... she's come out looking a bit cross eyed. I think I will have to redo her.

no, the one with the blue dress... I think that if you change the eyes, it will be much better.

I think a Pleasure ELF should look a little doll-ish though... is it the colour that should be changed or the size of the iris/pupils?

the size of the iris, and maybe the eyelids... what's a pleasure elf?

It says in the picture's description, although really they're more like Geishas.

elven geishas? that's a bit weird, unless it is among elves... but still.

It's just because they have to live with humans they've created a class of elf to satisfy human desires so that other elfs aren't harrased so often.

A good bunch of elfs.
Love the Hestians outfit, but it doesn't look like suit for a maid. The Enyon looks fierce. The last one, the Kharite, I can may well see why she's suited for pleasure.

They would normally clothes appropriate to the planet they get sent to. This is what they would on their homeworld, Lepiterra, where Grecian/Roman style clothes are the norm.

On Pheia, where much of my story takes place, and Epis, the Republic's world, it's Victorian/Edwardian styles of dress. Rysir, the desert planet, is like ancient Egypt... there are lots of planets with different cultures and fashions.

They would normally wear clothes appropriate to the planet they get sent to... is what it should say. Don't know why the word 'wear' mysteriously vanished there. Like someone thought it was dirty...

Anyway, thank you for your comments

Very interesting! Out of curiosity, are their male Elf forms, too? Especially Enyons?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Coutelier In reply to TrueDragon13 [2010-06-28 20:54:17 +0000 UTC]

Yes, there are male forms. Obviously they have male and female forms because they're based on Humans and exist to serve Humans; although gender is really useless to them since they can't have children anyway.

But in any case, most of them are female since like most animals they're female by default. But they do sometimes add the Y chromosome to create males of every type.

Figures humanity would jump right onto making a being that catered specifically to lust.

Coutelier In reply to realityhelix [2010-06-28 20:48:17 +0000 UTC]

It does, unfortunately. We've seen that with the internet and it'll certainly happen with robotics and VR in the near future... any advance that happens, if there's any possible way it can be used for sex then someone will.

Even if there isn't really, sometimes; like I saw a TV show once about these guys who actually try to do it with Cars

Honey, that's tame. I've seen anthropomorphic airplane porn, and people with balloon fetishes. Welcome to the internet, right?

Coutelier In reply to realityhelix [2010-06-28 23:03:04 +0000 UTC]

Anthropomorphic airplane porn does sound particularly disturbing since I would imagine the only place people into that could find an actual anthropomorphic plane to do it with would be a theme park, or maybe those little coin machine rides that are outside shops sometimes...

Well, given this is a place of pure imagination, I can't say I'm surprised at the truly disturbing things you can find, even on this very site.

Seriously, exersize caution when browsing here.
