With one robo-lady out of the way, I turned my attention towards the other - the one that was actively trying to harm or steal this innocent bystander. That made any offensive move very tricky.

And here’s a good place to try and explain one of my other powers. ...only I can’t.

Meaning, I don’t know how I do it or how to control it or what its “rules” are. It’s just - sometimes when I’m all Djinni-ed up and in the heat of things, I’ll have a thought. Not even a desire necessarily, maybe even just a subconscious bit of nonsense. And then...it happens. For real.

For instance, right here, when I’m turning my attention to robo-lady #2, all that popped into my head was, Hands off, lady, and just stop already!

And then, well, you can see. The android’s hands just disappeared and, maybe due to some massive internal feedback, she glitched out and dropped to the ground. Bystander saved!

But, yeah, I guess there’s some power inside me to alter reality at my whim. Only, I can’t control it. Luckily, so far it’s all been small instances - and helpful ones at that - but if that kind of power doesn’t freak you out then I don’t know what to tell ya, because it sure freaks me out!
