Reupload of an older art. This was done back before The Lion Guard even premiered I think...Title says it all. I believe Disney just replaced Kopa with Kion to make everything easier. The comics no longer exist. Kopa is dead to Disney. The End. XD

Cool artwork, I like the colors!
However, Kopa was never Disney's creation to begin with. The books in which he came from; were created by fan authors, Alex Simmons to be specific. And they were only approved for publication once in 1994, and then never referenced again. The books are obscure (outside of the internet), and were never meant to be official to the canon universe. Just a quick cash grab. I don't think Kion was a replacement for a character that Disney never officially acknowledged.

Ahhhhh I always thought the books were just a money grab that were pushed out by Disney and then they denied the existence. That explains so much.
