This whiner... I wanted to make fun of him. Riding a vulture, flipping a spent cigarette but it bonked off his bald head. The shirt he is wearing is those ones where there is a sexy bikini body drawn on the shirt so it makes the wearer... glamourous..

Hair getting less and less towards the front of his head? I never saw him with a lot of facial hair though, just gray patches... All I have for reference is the tiny in game animated portrait...

yeah and now that I look at it again its more of a blond color than gray. After all, he is supposed to be 29 at the start of starcraft.
