And did they still give the DTs the silly warp double sickle scythe thingie? Silliest weapons I've ever seen in a game. GIVE THEM BaCK THEIR STANDARD WARP BLADES!!!
If you ask me, if they still retain the toy-look (especially for Terrans) they had in the demo show in Seoul, I think it's a pretty big fail.
and no firebats and reavers!?! AWWWW CMON!!! Now we got silly goliath stand-in light mech/heavy infantry with suppressive fire. It's good and all, but blizz has done away with many of the good ol' units and mashed their abilities with existing units... meddropship... hmph. What really gets the fanfic rolling is the awesome INFANTRY action! Too bad they got rid of those.

No LAN?! WTF That is the most retarded decision Blizzard ever had... but it's not without its awards. I guess with the increase in LAN connection creating softwares, ppl can play LAN games with spawned copies/one-cd key, and the number of ppl sharing one cd-key may be more than a few dorm mates and close friends, especially since the great proliferation of cd-image cloning tools.
Hmm... so its just a "buy a copy for yourself" tactic from Blizzard I guess.

No they dont make SC2 trilogy, but each campaign(Protoss, Terran, Zerg) is parted. So one DVD with Terran Campaign(Wings of Liberty) with Multiplayer, editor and b.net of course. Then Protoss and Zerg DVD.

Well it depends on the pricetag for each campaign, if I can have a taste of SC2 with a cheap campaign, it kinda does away with the hesitation of returning fans and new fans, and I sure hope it isn't a happy meal where you never know which toy of the series you are gonna get. NOW THAT WOULD SUCK MEGA ULTRALISK BAWLs.
So in theory, it is a novel idea that might work... in theory, that is.
I think the most ridiculous unit in SC2 is the Mothership, btw. This thing is supposed to destroy entire planets... now its a dinky UFO flying only less than a kilometer off the ground, and can be targetted. They coulda done "mothership" as off-screen abilities, like CNC Generals' General powers or CNC3 superweapon powers. Putting out an actual model there and calling it "mothership" really makes the Toss look incapable and bad.
No firebat = >:C Damn, they used to be the coolest Terran infantry... Wh40kify them, give them short-range melee secondary weapons like chainfists or something and you got kickass fanfic there, a dual flamethrower infantry with automatic blades.

And yeah, they should have copied the cnc scrin MS. LOL, actually, there's this bigger version of the MS called "Purifier" that works the same as Scrin. I think scrin is a cross between Ptoss and zerg. Or maybe... THEY ARE THE X'EL NAGA! Now there's a chilling thought ._.

The vid showed a lot of things the SC1 community didn't get despite the time and how some aspects of the game being outdated, about multiplayer stuffs. I didn't know that. And now I think I know why I can't ever play a game with my overseas friend, that the latency problems are a farce and not the real problem... DAMN YOU BLIZZARD!
